We offer a variety of community health and support services tailored to regional and rural communities, including health and wellness awareness programs, employment assistance, life skills training, women’s health and infertility support and mental health support. Our services aim to address the unique challenges faced by individuals and families in these regional-rural areas.
Our services are open to individuals and families with a particular focus on vulnerable and marginalised groups. We prioritise supporting women and culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities.
Eligibility varies based on each program. We encourage anyone who needs assistance to reach out to us directly; our team will help assess your needs and guide you to the appropriate services or resources.
Many of our services are free or offered at low cost through NDIS and Aged Care packages or through community funding, thanks to our dedicated team which is committed to social justice. Some specialised services such as infertility support, Couples and individual counselling have a fee, which is assessed on a sliding scale to ensure affordability. We offer both in-person and remote support options. Our outreach team travels to different locations, and we also provide telehealth, phone support, and online resources to ensure our services are accessible to those in remote areas.
Yes, we have several programs designed specifically to support CALD communities, including language support, cultural sensitivity in health care, and social connection groups. Our team includes bilingual and multicultural staff to better serve CALD clients.
