Embrace Care Solutions is a social enterprise committed to empowering individuals with disabilities, with a special focus on supporting women from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds in rural-remote locations. We believe in creating inclusive communities where every individual has access to the resources, support, and opportunities they need to thrive regardless of their background, geographical location or abilities. Our programs are tailored to address the unique challenges faced by women, offering culturally sensitive services, advocacy, and empowerment initiatives. Through collaboration, education, and community engagement, we strive to break down barriers, promote equity, and ensure that all voices are heard and valued.

Our journey began when we needed simple goals in our own family that could not be met: to provide personalised and culturally inclusive support that empowers individuals to live their independent lives regardless of their cultural backgrounds.

We help with daily living activities and provide overnight support if necessary. Our goal is to improve the independence and overall quality of life of our customers.
Life Skills Development
We provide training in social skills, planning, communication, and transportation. This helps people become more independent.
Tailored Support Plans
Our support plans are created specifically to address the individual requirements and goals of each person, ensuring that our services are in line with their particular needs or with their NDIS plan.
Employment Assistance
We offer a range of services to support individuals in finding and keeping meaningful employment. These services include on-the-job training, ongoing support after placement, and skills training.
Interpreter Services
Embrace supports effective communication to uphold the rights of people to have choice and control and make decisions about their own lives. We can book you an appointment with an interpreter using TIS National.
Community Participation
We provide community participation services and through our services, we facilitate community engagement by offering opportunities to participate in social and recreational activities, building skills, and developing inclusion.
