Our Projects
BodyWise: Navigating Menopause & Endometriosis in the Regions
The project aims to increase awareness and understanding of menopause and endometriosis symptoms, treatments, and psychosocial strategies through psychoeducation and peer-sharing to normalise women’s health issues that are often misunderstood or dismissed, especially in regional or rural areas. It will target women aged 30–60 in the regional community of Wagga Wagga. The combination of expert input, lived experience, and tangible resources makes this an innovative and culturally responsive model. As one of the outcomes, it aims to provide practical self-management tools and resource kits to women and facilitate peer connection and reduce stigma through shared storytelling and lived experiences. In 2026, the project will deliver two half-day psychoeducational workshops focused on menopause and endometriosis, designed for women in rural NSW locations.
This project is funded by Women in Business (WIB), Wagga Wagga and supported by Wagga Women’ Heath Centre.

Building Pathways to Employment for Every Australian
At Embrace Care Solutions Australia, our projects are designed to break down barriers to employment and create inclusive, job-ready pathways for people who are often underrepresented in the workforce. We proudly support individuals from regional and rural communities, people with additional support needs, and those from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds to build the skills, confidence, and opportunities needed to succeed in meaningful employment.
Delivered in collaboration with MSM Training Group, a Registered Training Organisation (RTO #46318), our projects combine practical training, tailored support, and industry-aligned outcomes. Together, we help participants gain nationally recognised skills, workplace readiness, and clear pathways into employment or further training.
Our approach is community-focused and outcomes-driven. We work closely with employers, training partners, and employment services to ensure participants are not only job ready, but supported every step of the way—addressing local workforce needs while strengthening regional economies.
Through these initiatives, Embrace Care Solutions Australia contributes to a more inclusive, responsive, and resilient workforce, supporting shared objectives to strengthen participation, productivity, and regional economic development across Australia.
